本日、早稲田大学にて、剣持さん主催のConnect!2012で、大企業とベンチャーキャピタル、そしてベンチャー企業のエコシステムのセッションのパネル兼モデレータをやらせて頂きました。

大企業とベンチャー企業の連携がバラバラでは、東京はシリコンバレーのようにダイナミックにはならない。そして、文化もプライドも違って、なかなか交わらない両者を、橋渡しするベンチャーキャピタルの触媒としての働きが大事になってきます。

 

Connect!のテーマは、日本社会の縮図を解くようなもので、非常に面白いです。セッションでは、なんで日本では大企業とベンチャーの資本提携が起きにくいのか、ベンチャー経営者が悪いのか、事業モデルなのか、大企業が悪いのか、VCの力不足なのか、いろんな角度で、パネリストから意見を聞けた気がします。

 

 

 

モデレータをやらせて頂いたのは久しぶりだったのですが、交流会で多くの方に、モデレーションが良かった、うまくなった！?と褒めて頂いたので、うれしかったです。こういう議論の場がもっと多くなるといいと思いました。
